Rain useless internet service provider

They have the worst support and never get back to you. You are referred to a chat and email service then boom opps we missed your chat or email. How the hell does that happen when I have put my query on that email or chat and then I get no response

I bought 5g unlimited which comes with a router and a week down the line this ******* does not work at all

Followed every step to activate but this ******* can not connect at all.

I have been requesting assistance before the shut down and now that it's shut you are going to come up with your uncessary excuses of shut. I am ****ed how do I get my refund and go to a network that is hustle free for me cause this stupid 5g router is just on pulls electric in my home with no connection.
