Rain useless custormer service

I have been trying to port from the Rain network to Mtn, beacause they(Rain) do not support USSD Services, according to Mtn, Rain does not want to release my number or the number does not exist. I phoned their custormer service(Rain) and no sim cards are registered on my name but i pay for them every month. They(Rain) keep saying keep your line open someone will get back to you and no one phones back its been almost 2 weeks they are very unprofessional and i am thinking of cancelling their service and going with another service provider its just a waste of my time and effort.
