RAIN: USELESS BUNCH OF OXYGEN *******

The most useless, unreliable bunch off oxygen ******* I have ever come across. Stay very,very far clear of these clowns. Their service or lack of service is so shocking that I can not even start to explain how hopeless this lot is.

Yes an email was sent and a technician was suppose to turn up on Friday which never happened. We finally managed to get the system working ourselves with very little to no help from your company.

So today is Tuesday 27 April and the service is down again. Go figure

I was not aware of that however let me escalate to our network team since a technician was supposed to be sent to your residence.

So another 24 hours later. Rain promised to sent a Technician out which never happen, they also promised to deliver a new device, well that never happen as well.

So whats your latest excuse? I can actual not wait to hear the latest and greatest BS that you will come up with.

You take NO service to a new level.
