Rain useless!!!

I cancelled rain at the beginning of March. They phoned me during the month and confirmed cancelled. They deducted the full payment today from my account. I phoned them to query. They confirmed this is my last payment. Someone phoned me not long after asking me if I want to cancel with immediate effect. I could not believe what I heard. I then got this sms a few minutes ago.

Hi, cancellation for 5G SIM has been successfully scheduled for end of this month and your final payment for this SIM will be processed on your selected date next month. To retract cancellation, sign into my-rain on your rain app or go to www.rain.co.za. Thanks, rain. Rain. If you take one cent off my account at the end of April there will be trouble. Your service is pathetic!!! I will tell everyone not to make use of your service ever!! I am speechless.
