Rain Useless

Bad, Bad, Breaking Bad type service from Rain...first they delivered my sim and router to the wrong address and person - *** - no FICA/RICA done at delivery - this is surely a violation of ICASA regulations. After more than a week finally got the router, fired up - no service. Spent a week trying to contact them via chat, email and Helpless Desk. Not the whole week obviously but for an hour or 2 each day. Still no service. Grrrrrrr
