Rain update your system

Good day I am not happy with rain, I thought all was sorted and everything was updated on system on 14 July 2026, Until Yesterday I received an email stating that I owe R 4000.00 for not returning the router whereas router was returned and The driver of CCD Couriers confirmed with the consultant that it was returned. CCD Couriers confirmed that they updated on their system. So Why rain not update their. Rain your staff they are not doing there jb. I was advised by support that the app will be updated after 15 August 2026 which was my first payment for the loop. Even today my profile on the rain app not updated. Do better rain by updating your app since it at progress almost 2 months
