Rain update details unacceptable service

Hi there I ordered a package and registered with rain, it has been two months since I cannot use rain go and unauthorized person person opened skeleton account on my name and I have been calling the call centre numerous times to reset the email and put email as I don't know whose email is on the system they have been senting me reset emails through sms constantly I have not recieved anything false promised I cannot buy when am out rain data as I can't access rain data, is this ********* that am the correct owner of the account and I cannot access my account due to a ****mer using my details and no rain consultant can update it yet am the owner and holder of the account , this service is unacceptable
