Activated their sim and paid R250. Dispite their map showing there should be good network where o was , the network was extremely slow. I could not amen any pictures or even videos. I cancelled and ask for my refund as their promise of refund if cancelation is within the seven days. I called the they still haven't canceled it and the consultant tells me she has cancelled from her side an billing will be in touch, they have not contacted me for my refund. I checked my profile the sim is still not cancelled . I guess the want to bill me also at the end of the month when they have already take my R250 for sim I can't even use.
