Rain - unresponsive *******
It has been three month of cancelling my RAIN subscription. Some of the tickets that were created were either not responded to or a confirmation sent to my email. I had one agent call me promising that the ticket will be resolved in 48 hours. If I have a problem just reply to the email but 13 requests later they have not responded yet again and attempted to take money out of my account.
