Rain - ********* , unresponsive, poor service
Details of events The LTE service has been poor since inception. I've logged multiple calls since inception. Service was active in June 2023. 6 July 2023 - Notice sent to cancel sent via email to support 31 July 2023 - Disconnected your device 01 August 2023 - I was debited for your service 02 August 2023 - Email sent to support to be refunded and confirmation of my cancellation - no response received 07 August 2023 - Requested feedback via email - no response received 14 August 2023 - Requested feedback via email - no response received 01 September 2023 - I was debited for your service 02 September 2023 - Called your support to be told that my cancellation was never processed 04 September 2023 - Emailed for feedback - no response received 14 September 2023 - Emailed for feedback , no response received 20 September 2023 - Called support to be told that my cancellation will only be processed at the end of September and no refund
This is unacceptable ! I want my cancellation processed immediately so you can stop debiting my account. I also want my refund for the month of August and September 2023
