Rain unprofessional services

I have cancelled my account with rain via phone call because their website did not allow me to cancel it and for some reason they decided to debit money the following month after cancellation. I had asked the to remove all my person in formation on their website as to avoid this but clearly they do not care. I now have to change my bank card because of this. If you want a network go for any except for Rain you will regret.
