Rain unprofessional

Rain is very unprofessional and just takes people money, on the 30 June 2022 I gave my notice the lady advised on the phone it will be canceled and I'll get an email, on the 1 August I called again to confirm if it was canceled because they debited my account the lady said they can see I have canceled it but it wasn't canceled on their side she will canceled it and refund me its passed 12 days now no email off cancelation nor any refund from rain..... They quick to debit but can never sort the issues out I am still waiting for rain till now.
