Rain unlimited sim is a ****.if you don't wanna be stuck paying for internet you are not receiving please stay away

****, once you are in they want you to keep paying even though you no longer need their services, they refuse to cancel and its not a contract It was supposed to be pay as you use, if not paid they close the sim. Unfortunately I relocated and there was no internet where I relocated to. I paid the sim, made calls and sent cancelation emails with no luck of them replying.I sent a request to get a new sim as a new application. They called fast, explained my problems, they said they are transfering me to the relevant department. And with no luck several times they don't pick up our calls....im stuck with them adding money month to month and they are not providing any services.their sim card has been long closed.
