Rain Unlimited no internet connection

I've been out of service/ no connection since last evening. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with the contact center to no avail since 2 months ago . Instead I've recently emails wanting me to rate their call without receiving one . The first month the network worked quite well after that it buffers all of time. Your urgent response this time will be appreciated.
