Rain unlimited is not real

Rain is not responding to my messages I paid upfront R479 for their service 4G i activated the Sim card I got from takealot.com but Sim for 3 weeks says no Sim in my phone, I had only responses on messenger telling me what settings to put in my phone, no one will tell me how to get my money back cause I could not use their service.

Fattima I did not use any data at all not even a signal from Rain why would rain not give my R479 back to my account

I cancelled the Sim cause there is no way I could take my account number from the billing so I had to cancel other wise they would have billed me again, even had a respons bill ready saying next invoice, but meanwhile I have not been able to use their service, I could have had a 100 gig instead I go for Rain that will now hope I disappear, Rain only responded after I pleaded from this platform, make me pay upfront and with zero service used they tell me I will not get my money back how is this possible
