Rain Unlimited Home standard Package is a ****
Rain unlimited 5G Home Standard Package seems to be a **** to the Public ,Since Morning 5 July 2022 my network has not been connecting ,i did all they technical recovering procedure still nothing then decided to call them at 16:00 as I thought maybe the towers are down which is the daily excuse and when I did call they used the same excuse, funniest thing is I asked my neighbors who use the same package as me and they all said their rain has been working fine the whole day meaning my network is slowed by Rain ,on the Promo it says it speeds up to 50 Mbps i have not even seen my speeding Reaching half of the advertised Speed ,i logged a call on Support next thing i get a pop up that my package is now upgraded

20 Jul 2022, 13:136 days later I still haven't received feedback from the Senior Team and now we approaching my billing date and am not happy with the services that are rendered to me ,If the Towers are Highly utilized how is it my problem as a paying customer why must I be inconvenienced by the limited infrastructure Rain has in my Area ,When you Advertise your Product on all Media Platforms did you mention that this is a problem you facing cause you are still getting new Clients in my Area everyday ,Do you agree with me that you literally ****med me for all this time i have services with you guys ,neither have i skipped a day in paying my services is this the Thanks i get for doing ?

22 Jul 2022, 10:19There was never an issue with a tower my speed is very low and slow ,the technicians proved it as well ,they connected a different router and the conclusion was Cosmo city towers are highly utilized that's the reason my speed is low and slow ,,,to my surprise how is this marked as resolved because not even a Rain Support manager has given me a call to ask for feedback ,Am still experiencing the same issue

06 Sept 2022, 09:14A credit was app**** for on the 26th of July 2022 but I was asked for Payment on the 26th of August 2022 ,so where is the credit that was app**** for ,not even 1 Manager /Technician gave me a call , i guess this is the Thanks one get for being a loyal subscriber to Rain
