Rain Unlimited Data Network

I have been having alot of trouble with my Rain Wifi sim.It does not connect to network and does not get any signal.I send a complaint to the Email provided on website and got a reply "I will be removed from the network and then be re activated on the network then it should be fine" .Still no service on my Wifi.Same is happening to 3 people that i know personally.Same issue and same answer every time.We cannot be paying for a service provider that provides no service?...
