Rain promised month to month services, however they placed my account in areas for two months now. I took rain because it's not a contract and I am shocked to see my account in arears for something that is not my fault. Rain is supposed to switch off my internet services whenever I didn't pay and reactivate once I have paid, so I don't see why is my fault when my account goes to areas. This is *******, please stop this nonsense
