Rain unhelpful with refund or feedback on logged queries

Almost 3 weeks ago I paid rain because I had their old sim from 2021 and wanted to use it paid 1173 and after I asked them to activate it ,I was told the services don't exist anymore ,I immediately asked for a refund and its been 4 reference numbers ,I'm being brushed off on 3 platforms, Facebook, WhatsApp and twitter / x. It's been two and a half weeks I'm waiting for their support team to update me or my refund or to give me my refund with proof of payment, they have been very unhelpful, and you can't reach them on the phone, rain gets away with ill treatment of customers because we can't reach them physically , I'm so upset that a business can't sort out a refund in less than a week and I'm out of options, I don't know what to do
