Rain unfair Services.
We have a Package of Unlimited speed and upload that cost above R995 per month, but yet we are placed on 30Mb package? And we keep on paying R995 for a +- R586 package?? It's been like this for over a year now. Still isn't fixed after many times of asking to fix it. Secondly we received a notice to pay R285 now and stay connected and pay the rest before 1st of Jan 2025. But why are we disconnected and Why is our package not fixed going on for a year now?? Please Rain explain why?
