Rain Unfair financial practices - over charging clients

Good day,

I requested a downgrade from 24/7 to the 19 hour unlimited but it was only done at the of the month despite requesting it early in the month. at end of the month i was charged for the full month of unlimited. this is totally unfair that we can upgrade mid-month but cannot downgrade.

the downgrade has happened but you have put me on pay as you use which is not what i asked for!!!
