Rain underperforming

I Rain ayisafani. I was a happy Rain customer but I'm no longer happy. After rain locked me to a 10Mb/s fixed unlimited service, my service has been going down every month. Presently my downloads vary between 2 & 5Mb/s and my uploads go to around 7Mb/s. I cant watch Netflix like I use to. What I'm angry about is paying full R479 every month for underperforming service. I'm definitely leaving them in a month or so.
