RAIN UNDER DELIVERED

I ordered my 5G Rain router on the 26th of February and up until now (7th of March) I still have not received my modem and they have not even apologized about it. They promised 5 business days and today will make business day number 6 but my order still says it's being prepared. I am definitely contemplating not using them but I did send them an email and will see what they say. I also budgeted so that I wouldn't have to spend more money on data because I would be using RAIN so I am very concerned at how they run things. Be careful for any new customers.

I always believe that the way you start with a company tends to give you an idea of how things will go and it doesn't look good so far.
