RAIN UNCAPPED Wifi Equals NO WIFI.

Having Rain Internet is as good as having no internet at all and merely throwing your money down the toilet every month. I've left several emails for Rain to contact me (Modisi) so as to query the fact that I have virtually no service, for which I am being billed monthly, yet my attempts to speak to someone regarding this, go in vain. The only thing I am able to do with my UNCAPPED wifi is send whatsapp messages and SLOWLY send emails, but I am not even able to view a profile pic on whatsapp or watch short little video clips, let alone use Instagram, because these fail to load at all. This is so infuriating.
