Rain unaware of their own promo.

I've just purchased and activated my rain sim unlimited R250 and tried to log on with no luck.... I was told that even though I have a plan that utilizes off-peak only - I could still use the promotional 7day data free period. But I cannot!

The promo is said to be running for the first 7 days after activation. Promotion valid for the month of February 2020.

After a laborious and massively frustrating back-and-forth with the live chat as well as a bunch of emails and screenshot to prove to them what promo they're running, their consultants (Taylor Ann Kannigadu) says that the promo is done (and its only the 21st of Feb) I am done.

This is has not started on a great footing. I would not recommend RAIN!
