Rain : unauthorized debits/transactions

I cancelled their service in June via my rain app but they debited in July. I again cancelled but they have just debited now in August. If I send complaints they do not respond. Their debits appear in the bank as purchases not debit orders. I want Rain to reverse August transaction and stop debiting my account going forward.
