Rain unauthorized debit orders, not my account

My friend had trouble with his banking and i paid a few times from my account towards rain internet for him. He cancelled the interenet 2 months ago and now Rain has used my banking details to deduct money without my consent of using my banking details. I did not apply for a debit order to go off and according to law this is *******. I tried to contact Rain but the line i inactive. The money deducted by Rain are for other debit orders that I actually gave consent to and are services I am using. If my debit orders reverse, I will have no other choice than to take action against Rain, unless they credit back what they took ********ly. If there are any outstanding ballances on the account, Rain are to contact the owner of the account.
