Rain unauthorized debit order
In mid January 2021 I got rain Sim card but was not happy with the speed of the internet then I cancelled the Sim and was give full refund. Then suddenly I get a debit order of R123.61, now I have to chase them to get my refund and wait for 7 - 10 working day, just because you have my banking details you can debit my account when feel like for no particular reason
