Rain - unauthorised deductions and Dishonesty

😡😡😡I Pay For rain unlimited data bundles month to month without a contract, I have never signed any contract with rain and I advised by the Consultant that there is no contract and I will connected only when I pay for the bundles, so November til January I did not pay for my subscription cos I was using another network.

Now here is my frustration, Rain they deducted R1300 on the 23rd of January and when I called them they told me it was for those months that I did not Subscribe 😳😳 and then I asked how because that was not the Agreement? 😡😡😡😡 This was totally unfair very unfair and Dishonest, I want my Money Back.

Rain personnel are not Honest when selling you their Package, the deductions are unauthorized and certainly I was not Notified about those deductions they made.
