RAIN unable to REMOVE MY BANK card info. Struggle to cancel

I've been trying to reach you since 31st December. I cant remove my debit information your website wont allow me and that router has been off since December please kindly assist. It's sho wing me my next debit amount of R529 is due. Im not employed at the moment how is it fair to forcefully debit me for a product i am no longer using. RAIN WIFI this feels like a **** and you do not care about your customers. This is not a debt that I have to you. I paid for what I used. So even when a person is not using your product at all. I live i a place with communal wifi its literally pointless to keep the wifi. But I was also told i only pay for what I use. So can I expect not to be debited since I am not using your product?! This is ****************. RAIN wont allow me to REMOVE MY DEBIT CARD INFO ON YOUR SITE AS IF I AM FORCED TO USE YOYR PRODUCT. I am defeated. Can someone call me urgently. I do not even have any debit orders i am not behind on ANY payments in my finances and this RAIN WIFI company basically has forced me to remain on this platform whereas i have no need for your services. Shameful.
