Rain - unable to cancel your account.

In the beginning Rain had great service and this was during lockdown. Now, due to my own change in circumstances I need to cancel my account and it seems impossible. There is no response from emails, you can't call them and when the odd reply comes in to see if the issues have been resolved from an agent, you get no response again. I was totally for Rain and recommended it but now they are just another company bleeding you dry when you can least afford it
