Rain *****ulent sales people

Rain has been the worst nightmare I have experienced. Would never recommend this network to anyone. I saw their bad reviews but did not follow my gut but they are literal *******! I have been getting charged an amount of R1025 for the past 2 months for a R625 package. I went in store to get this resolved but till date I have not received even a single email from them. I’m definitely cancelling this nonsense because they do not appreciate business. I want my money back and I’m returning their nonsense because this is not how you treat customers! I will definitely take this issue further
