Rain *****ulent payments

I am very furious while typing this review. I have been using Rain since Covid started till the 27.03.2025. I never missed a payment, and their signal is very poor, call center agents are very rude and doltish. My internet has been cut 28.03.2025, because I cancelled it. I immediately signed up with a different service provider. On the 03.04.2025 two purchases were made from my bank account, this was Rain, I called them and they told me this was for invoices that I have not paid since February. Like I said previously I never missed a payment because I used the network for work and I have never been cut, so how could they billed me for a payment they say I never made. I am now writing this review here hoping someone can assist me to get my money back. Because I feel this is *****ulent
