RAIN *****ulent activity

I have cancelled my 5G package online with RAIN in October 2023. They never removed the package from my profile. After numerous phone calls, emails and actually driving the store in Queenswood Quarters, they promised to credit me. I am still waiting for the credit and when you call their support none of them know what's going on. The is the worst service I've ever received. If you want a headache for life, then join up with RAIN. There service is below standard they clearly do not care about client service
