Rain ****ty connection.
Guys please explain to me why I constantly have to struggle with my interest. For the better part of the day my tower never has connectivity. I now have to result to buying prepaid data. Wich I should not be doing as I expect to have a stable internet connection that I pay to have. I now have to pay for a tower that never has connectivity and giving out more money that I do not have so that I can stay connected through my sim card. This is totally unacceptable. I really am not happy with the service provided by Rain 5g!

25 Sept 2022, 11:41Please enlighten me as to how you plan on fixing the solution. I rely on having a steady and operating connection in order to do my work. It's almost 12 in the afternoon, I have had absolutely no internet connection since 6am this morning.please how the hell do I get work done. I cannot constantly buy data when I am paying you for internet service.. so when can I expect to have a stable internet connection? My work cannot be put on hold you do not take accountability or have to answer when work is delayed!!
