Rain turns out to be a drizzle

You boasts about 60 mb/s and for a week I had that. Now I am lucky if I even get close to 5 mb/s, i just tested the connection and would you believe that it only got 0.7 mb/s. I have logged a query through the app but I have not received any feedback from you whatsoever. This is unacceptable firstly and secondly just utterly disappointing.
