Rain - Try Another Network

If you are looking for 5G fastest Wifi network, definitely give Rain a miss. You will only be wasting your time and money. We have had Rain for over a year and are on the Premium Package and as regular as clockwork they will take their subscription every month and as regular as clockwork you will have the poorest network you can imagine! Calling the call centre and speaking with the agents has been in my experience really great, as they have been very helpful, however they are unable to put you through to technical support, as there is no such thing at Rain South Africa. Perhaps if you try the Bahamas you would be more likely to receive the service you require. Oh and do not bother with their support web page as there is not one!
