RAIN - Triple upload speed vs download speed considered as normal.

I don't know which training the RAIN staff have but it could not be much.

I was on the off Peak account and received the full 30mbps speeds so Area is not a problem.

I switched over to the unlimited package which I understand is up to 10mbps but have had non stop issues.

I recently submitted a ticket with slow internet and high upstream speeds. Download 2.8mbps, Upload 8.3mbps and the agent Thumba handling my ticket said this was normal.

I have not been with any service provider that would say triple the upload speed vs the download speed is normal
