Rain triple charges billings

Rain is one of the worst internet service providers. I was charged 3 times for a billing which was not even under my name and they refused to restore my internet line until the payment was made. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never recommend rain to anyone. its like ****************!! Get your supervisors to call me before I take legal action
