Rain Towers and Service to Clients

For the Last 2 weeks I have had tower issues in my area and NO success from Rain, and then lets not talk about ill informed workers in India. what do they know about South African problems and broken English. they don`t escalate properly and don`t inform irate client`s but want their money which reimbursing clients that have been down for over 3 days. a person has to get Angry and loose your temper for anything to happen and all they say is " Sorry for the inconvenience" . this is how they treat long term clients. ***92113 ticket numbers logged.
