Rain towers and internet does not work

We subscribed to rain 2 months ago We can’t even watch Netflix as the tower is always down in our area . The quality of service of the internet is the worst I’ve ever seen . We want to cancel our subscription as we called the support centre non stop and the issue is never resolved . We were told 3 weeks ago the tower is down and again today the tower is still down
