Rain Tower down for more than 24 hours

First week using rain and I'm so disappointed. The tower in my area is apparently down and it has been for more than 24 hours now. Other networks restore their faults same day.When I call in no one knows when the tower will be up. Each consultant just says they don't know. I feel its not a good enough answer to give to clients. There should be communication with technicians so that answers can be given to clients instead of " I dont know". As pathetic as Eskom is they give ETAs when they working on faults and keep people updated. Work on keeping clients updated and tell your "senior engineers " to pull up their socks
