this data company is a *****. they charged me R3k plus of months of non usage, there justification is that theirs are a subscription, therefore whether I used their data or not they are entitled to my money, this can not be legal, I cant pay for something I did not use. I tried to engage them about this to no effect, they just keep trying to debit my account.
