Rain Topup data.

I had 114 gig of topup data on my rain 1 sim. They indicate that topup data never expires. Ye right. At the beginning of this June the 114 gig is gone. No place to send a query regarding this. Only thing you find on there site is the AI that is suppose to assist you. No assistance. The AI indicated that he send a email to support but to data no response. Worst ever service.

Good day

Rain has got access to my account and my data usage history. Something we customers do not have access to. Seen what happened to my more that 114 gig of data that just when missing it is no wonder.

These transactions were over a span of 7 months and data accumulated over this period.
