Rain - Top up sim data **** - take money and not provide the data - This is the perfect reason for me to cancel my service with them.
Bought 3GB data @ R150 via their own payment portal on their own website. Its now day 4 and still not receive the data yet money if off my bank account.. Multiple calls, escalations and tickets logged and still nothing. All required proof of payment etc. sent to where it was requested... yet they are still clueless - Take my money - don't provide what I required - Daylight ******* and pure incompetence - Equal to an online ****.

Worst ISP in SA... You take peoples money and don't give what the bought or refund - Corupt and theves... Steeling peoples money... Should be reposted to ALL the authorities - WAIT - Maybe I will do that... Even though the amount was small - ITS THE PRINCIPLE.. stop taking peoples money and giving then shyt back in excuses...
