Rain took my money without permission

I paid rain via internet banking R764 on the 27th of march and they decided to take another R764 on the same accoun today 01-April-2023 even though I changed the date to 1st of every month the consultant Zimkhitha said they will deduct again on the 1st of may. How can I spend R 1528 for thuis network in 1 month?

So that means I payed twice for march or maybe I payed for April as well, because R 1528 is too much for 1 month, so please refund my R 764 that you took
