Rain took my money twice and went owl

I don't know why am I still a loyal customer when I am being treated like this. Rain debited money from my account twice for Jan and since then I have been trying to get hold of them with no success. They don't respond to emails, social media pages or even their calls they don't pick up. I have always known that there are terrible and I should have switched long ago. That was my rent money that the took now I have to suffer because of them I am prepared to take them to ombuds if they don't refund my money.
