02 Feb 2023, 11:08You guys debited R2000 on my account without my concert on the 20th of December where as i last use their sim card in January 2022. I called in to enquire about the issue and the lady that assisted me said the money was going to be paid into my account however i have not heard from them since then. Reference no. ***.
I need my R2000 paid back into my account as i dont use their service anymore and i never signed any contract with rain!
