Rain took money without my consent

Im sorry but these service providers will do anything in their power to ripp you off. I took out a R699 package deal from rain. Please guys dont give these ******* permission to your account as these ******s helped themselves to R1143. 42. Before i took this R699 deal this lady Shireen Jacobs could call me quickly with any questions i had now they dont bother to call me ive spent R150 on airtime and had to pay R70 to have my card replaced. Everytime they say sorry for the inconvenience but they dont refund my money they took. If i take something from a shop without paying its called theft they take without permission what is this you bladdy *******
