Rain took a detour! Bad bad bad

Started using rain about 5-6 months ago and I have been happy with them. Until the first of this month, They debited an amount which was not on my Dashboard as it shows how much you have spent . Normally a day before they debit i go on to my a account to check how much just to make sure and 30th Sept it was R550, following day I got a notification that an amount of R800 was debited from my bank account and I couldn’t understand because every time I increase my spend (buying extra data) I get an email to notify me of that but when I called the agent that assisted me she told me that I have been buying data and she gave me the dates so I asked her why did I not get email notifications to alert me, and besides that the past 3 weeks I have been staying in a place where there is uncapped wifi so I couldn’t have bought extra data ,she couldn’t answer instead she told me what was on the statement, secondly my account when i logged in it said my id number was missing and that i should update it and when i tried to update it , it did not save it and thats problem 3 and i told the agent, lastly I sent an email Monday and got an automated response that someone will contact me and until now I have not been contacted. I want my money back
